How to place an order

Please fax orders to (323) 588-6276.  If you wish to call in your order please verify item number, color, and packing.  We are not responsible for item numbers given incorrectly. If most of your order is complete, we will ship it unless otherwise request to hold.

First time Buyers

We are strictly wholesalers.  Customers must provide copies of re-sale permit at the time of purchase.

Wholesale Minimum

Minimum order must be $200.00.   Orders under $200.00 are gladly accepted but are subject to a $15.00 service fee.

All prices are FOB Vernon, California.
All prices are subjected to change without notice.

Payment Options

Prepaid., C.O.D (money order or cashiers check), Credit Card (visa or MasterCard) for first time buyers.

If you are interested in an open account with our company, please call our credit department to request a credit application. (note: please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a response to your request: this does not guarantee you credit.)

Shipping Methods

1.) Via UPS ground or selected trucking companies with lowest costs.
2.) Via appointed carriers per requested.

Backorder

Items not shipped are backordered, unless instructed differently.

Return Policies

- All Claims must be made within five (10) working days after receipt    of merchandise.
- No unauthorized returns will be accepted at any time. Authorized returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
- There will be a $20.00 charge for all returned checks.
- We are not responsible for any shipping damage on poly resin or/and glass items if order is less than case quantity.
